Pyrenex 2009 Fall/Winter Jackets

The fusion between snow gear and fashion has been the "in thing" lately, that being said, French snow apparel brand Pyrenex joins the movement and shows us their fall/winter jacket collection. In this collection, designer Alexis Mabille, focuses more on style rather than performance, but the look is very appreciated. My Thoughts:
This is honestly what I would wear, but I prefer the blue vest. The first thing that came to mind when I saw the metallic jacket was... either the word "Astronaut" or "Pizza". ahahhha.. it looks like something you would use to keep the pizza warm while it's being delivered. But honestly I am really only digging the vest and I would wear the blue vest with the new Alessandro Dell'Acqua's.

After Serena stripped down for the new ESPN cover, the ITA (International Tennis Federation) is not happy with the message it sends. Serena may be fined up to 500 stacks and stripping her of her spot in the 2010 Australian Open. This is crazy especially since Serena has posed nude from the back for Jane Magazine in 2007 in a much riskier photo shoot. What she does during her off season is her business or so I feel.

Nigo’s The Simpsons Inspired KAWS “Kimpsons” Painting

Nigo, the creator/owner of Bape, is also the proud owner of this painting. A painting of the Simpsons family hovering over the most famous couch in the T.V world was done by the New York based artist, Kaws. It seems that Nigo paid Kaws to paint him a 1 of 1 piece or who knows, Kaws could be sucking up to the head honcho of A Bathing Ape.

Custom Of The Month - Mizzee- Saw Dunks

Inspired by James Wan's upcoming installment to the "SAW" series, Mizzee customized a Nike dunk high and it was only right to call it "SAW". This custom features black on black chains which runs through out the whole shoe, front to back. It also has black eyelets and a silver door knocker-esque ring (in the back), but he added a little SBTG swag into it to add more flavor into the customs. A croc skin lace buckle takes this shoe to another level.

The right shoe has art based on the reversed bear trap seen where Amanda was in, which also was the promotional movie poster. And the left shoe has artwork depicting jigsaws puppet. This custom is very detailed which makes this one of a kind.

MILLION DOLLAR JORDANS?!?!?

The AJ Carmine 6's above are actually the pair Jordan wore on February of '91 against the Dallas Mavericks and this pair was signed and hand given to a lucky fan. Now the exact pair was found on eBay with a "Buy It Now" price of $1,000,000 dollars, yea thats right, there's no typo there. Unfortunately, the seller didn't receive an offer for a million, but (get this).... half a million dollars. That's out of this world, I would of bought a Lamborghini Murciélago and still have some money left over for a shopping spree. Anywho... congrats to both the seller and the buyer.

Hope no one got "pwned" during the transaction.

**UPDATE : The seller only sold the left shoe for $500,000 US. Maybe if he sold both sides, he would've gotten the whole milli.
